Group Classes

 

Cancellation Policy

All group classes are subject to a 12 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations within this time frame will not be re-credited. 

 

Membership Pack Expiry Dates

All class packs are valid for a specific period of time depending on the size of the pack. Unfortunately we are unable to extend expiry dates under any circumstances and will reject any individual requests for extensions, in the interest of equal treatment to all. Expiry windows for each membership are as follows;

 

  • 1 Class: valid for 1 month.

  • 5 Class Credits: valid for 2 months.

  • 10 Class Credits: valid for 3 months.

  • 3 Class Intro Offer: valid for 2 weeks. 

 

Credits must be used by the account that purchased them and cannot be transferred to another account or person to use.

 

Monthly Membership Plans

All monthly class payment plans require 14 days’ notice to pause or cancel. All credits must be used within the billing period and cannot be carried over into the next billing period. Personal Training 

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Personal training sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. This is to promote a consistent experience for both client and trainer with regards to training progress and diary management. 

 

Personal Training Client Expectations 

All personal training at MINDFIT is undertaken with the understanding that sessions area a weekly commitment, going ahead every week at the same time most of the time, regardless of payment method. Although we have a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy and want to be as flexible as possible, we do require PT sessions to go ahead each week and at the same time slot to allow trainers to schedule other clients and classes around you, creating a reliable and sustainable working schedule for our trainers. For the same reason, we require 2 weeks’ notice to finish sessions however there is no long term commitment time period. 

 

Monthly Payment Plan

If you sign up to our 4 per month payment plan, please be aware that the billing cycle runs between the 1st of each month. Any plans set up mid-month will be charged at a pro-rata amount for the rest of the month.

 

There may be some months where there are 5 sessions. In these cases, you will be charged an additional fee to cover the session, at the same rate as your monthly plan (£56.25 per session). All 4 PT sessions must be carried out within the billing cycle and cannot be carried forward into the next month. If you do not attend a session, you will not be refunded. 

Personal Trainer 

Although we aim for you to have to same trainer every week, the trainer is subject to occasional change due to illness, holidays and general scheduling requirements.
