ELEVATE

Clear away anxiety and stress, lift your mood and let the fresh blood flow refresh your mind. This functional strength and conditioning class uses barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, bodyweight, and cardio exercises and a variety of class designs that will leave you feeling positive, refreshed and lifted. All experience and fitness levels welcome.

POWER

Discover your own power and inner fight. This bag and pad work class incorporates technical boxing coaching with core and conditioning exercises and will build on your confidence, assertiveness and self-belief.  All experience and fitness levels welcome. Hand wraps are required and can be bought on site. We recommend having your own boxing gloves, however these too can be purchased or borrowed.

Build physical strength and mental resilience. Let the challenge of lifting heavier transcend into your mind and increase your capacity to manage all of life's challenges. This classes involves moving barbels, dumbbells and kettlebells for strength only and includes no cardio.

RECONNECT

Designed for all new parents, this strength and conditioning class will help you reconnect with you own physical, psychological and social needs after bringing new humans into the world. Our pre & post natal specialist trainers will also get you back to into exercising and movement at pace that works for you. Babies and children welcome.

PILATES

This class is specifically designed for birthing parents, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation after child birth. Our pre & post natal specialist trainers will get you back to into exercising and movement at pace that works for you. Babies and children welcome.

Expect a slow class, focusing on releasing muscles and tension through long holds of restorative and Yin postures with the support of props. Perfect before bedtime. 

Expect a dynamic flow, with classes varying in pace and style from teacher to teacher. Suitable for all abilities as modifications are always available.

Starting the class with stretching and a flow to find movement and warmth in your body, leading to longer holds of restorative postures to promote release and relaxation. 

Mindful mat based movement focused on strength, core and alignment. Great for injury prevention and recovery as well as a refocusing a busy mind.

Please note, the timetable is subject to change and tweaking as the studio grows and demand shift.
