Learn about the benefits of exercise in a safe & healthy environment. We run girls only and mixed sessions for juniors.
POWER JUNIOR
This bag and pad work class incorporates technical boxing coaching with core and conditioning exercises and will build on your confidence, assertiveness and self-belief. All experience and fitness levels welcome. Coaches are DBS checked and insured.
Junior Mixed 10-16
This POWER class is for all genders aged 11 and 16
Tuesdays at 4.45pm-5.45pm
Junior Girls 10-16
This POWER class is for girls under the age of 16
Tuesdays at 3.45pm-4.45pm
ELEVATE JUNIOR
This is a mixed gender strength and conditioning class for young people aged 10-16 that will teach young people the benefits of the gym and the importance of a healthy approach to the value of exercise for the mind as well as the body (coaches are DBS checked and insured).

This ELEVATE class is for all genders aged 11 and 16
Saturdays at 1.00pm-2.00pm
Junior Girls 10-16
This ELEVATE class is for girls aged 10-16
Thursdays at 4.30pm-5.30pm
